Whether you are just a beginner trainee or a professional athlete conditioning for your sport, our highly skilled Personal Training Coaches will help you achieve your goals. These one on one sessions are 30 or60 minutes of high energy training, usually performed 2-3 days per week. They incorporate the latest training techniques to help improve strength, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, balance, agility and much more. These sessions are very useful during the times when your motivation is lower than normal or during an "improvement" phase of your training program when you need to be pushed a little harder to achieve your objectives. All our CPTC's are certified by one of the top 4 nationally recognized certification organizations (ACE, NSCA, AFAA, ACSM) and hold a degree in exercise science.
